Kevin Kim

Project Designer

Kevin joined Nelson Byrd Woltz in 2021. His experience in community development and public service foregrounds his commitment to progressing the social and environmental resiliencies of communities. At NBW, he has been involved with a range of post-industrial projects, contributing to community engagement efforts, and design and construction phases. As a Fellow with the Urban Design Forum, he collaborated on the Rewire Initiative to develop a proposal for reimagining New York City’s decommissioned energy facilities as viable biodiversity hubs for the city’s waterfronts.

He holds a Master of Landscape Architecture and Master of Regional Planning from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science with majors in Urban Planning and Design and Psychology from Rutgers University.
