NBW, in partnership with Fairmount Park Conservancy, is reimagining the historic 1887 Welsh Fountain and its surrounding landscape to better serve the Parkside community and future visitors. Grounded in extensive community engagement and historical research, the design envisions restored gardens, improved safety and accessibility, and 21st-century programming that connects park users to the site’s cultural legacy.
